You’ll need comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle and (optional) a towel. We’ll take care of the rest — our team will show you around, explain equipment, and get you started safely.
Absolutely. We welcome beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Our certified trainers will assess your current fitness level, help set realistic goals, and design a plan that respects your pace and previous experience.
We offer a wide variety of options including personal training, cardio programs, weight training, CrossFit, yoga, dance‐fitness, Pilates, strength & conditioning, and daily group classes.
It’s a precision measurement of your muscle mass, fat levels, and overall body metrics — so we can track your progress quantitatively rather than just by weight or mirror alone.
Yes. Our group sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Trainers provide modifications for beginners and intensification options for advanced participants to ensure everyone can train safely and effectively.
No. You can train on your own using our equipment and facilities. But we highly recommend at least an introductory session with a trainer to ensure you’re using correct form and maximising your workouts safely.
Please let our trainers know about any injuries, health conditions or limitations before starting. We’ll tailor your workouts accordingly and ensure you’re cleared to train safely.
We have hygienic, air-conditioned shower and steam zones for your post-workout comfort and recovery. Clean towels and lockers are available to make your experience as convenient as possible.
Regular assessments including BCA measurements, trainer reviews, diet & nutrition check‐ins, and progress tracking ensure you’re staying on course. We celebrate every milestone together.
While consistency is key to results, we understand life gets busy. You may attend make-up sessions (subject to availability) or switch classes. Our trainers will help you adjust your program without losing momentum.
